About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including interviewing and hiring, in collaboration with department managers.
- Oversee onboarding programs and employee recognition initiatives.
- Manage HR processes including compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
- Address employee inquiries and handle sensitive employment-related matters.
- Conduct and oversee employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Administer weekly payroll and maintain HRIS and timekeeping systems.
- Perform additional HR duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
