💡 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Support annual benefits renewal processes, including insurance and 401(k) programs
✔️ Manage weekly payroll
✔️ Track and maintain vacation, sick, and holiday benefits
✔️ Administer payroll system updates and timesheet management
✔️ Ensure HR and benefits systems are accurately updated
✔️ File weekly 401(k) contributions, tax payments, and reports
✔️ Maintain recordkeeping for benefits plans, personnel transactions, and compliance reports
✔️ Oversee performance management processes
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
✅ 2 years of payroll and HR experience required
✅ Background in accounting is a plus
✅ Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay: 55-65k depending on experience
Location: onsite in Woodsville, NH Monday-Friday
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
