- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and filing.
- Manage calendaring for deadlines, hearings, and appointments.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, and medical providers.
- Review and organize medical records and other case-related documents.
- 1 year of legal assistant experience (litigation or medical records experience a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
