Responsibilities include:
- Managing case calendars, including scheduling depositions and court events
- Drafting subpoenas, motions, discovery requests, and legal summaries
- Communicating effectively with insurers, clients, and opposing counsel both orally and in writing
- Summarizing medical records and other case-related documents
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in litigation preferred
- Experience drafting legal documents and case summaries
- General familiarity with state and federal court procedures
- Experience maintaining calendars
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong writing & organizational skills
- Excellent time management & compliance with deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment
