Executive Assistant - Temporary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Dean at one of the Five Colleges in a temporary Executive Assistant role for a 6-month assignment.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Conduct research and compile reports
  • Assist with data analysis
  • Oversee office operations, including expense processing and supply management
  • Approve time reporting for executive staff
  • Assist in event planning and attend meetings to take minutes
  • Support library communications and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 4 years of administrative experience (An Associate's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
