Executive Assistant - Temporary Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Dean at one of the Five Colleges in a temporary Executive Assistant role for a 6-month assignment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Conduct research and compile reports
- Assist with data analysis
- Oversee office operations, including expense processing and supply management
- Approve time reporting for executive staff
- Assist in event planning and attend meetings to take minutes
- Support library communications and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- 4 years of administrative experience (An Associate's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
