Job Offer
Position: Part-time and live-out
Location: Harrington Park, NJ
Start date: ASAP
Schedule and Pay: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 11 AM – 7 PM (16 hours total) at $35/hour
Saturdays: 9 AM – 6 PM or 2 PM – 11 PM (9 hours total) at $38/hour
Children: 5 year old, 2 year old, and one month old baby
Benefits: 25 guaranteed hours per week, standard PTO
Duties and Responsibilities
Work as a team with the mom to divide responsibilities based on the family's needs
Provide attentive and nurturing care for all three children
Assist with household tasks related to the children (organizing, tidying, restocking baby essentials)
Coordinate daily schedules and tasks with the mom
Follow daily routines for feeding, naps, and playtime
Provide updates on the children’s progress, milestones, and daily activities
Keep children's play areas clean and organized
Adjust responsibilities dynamically based on the family's needs
Driving children as needed
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of paid nanny experience
Experience with multiple children
Experience caring for toddlers and newborns
Willing to commit long-term
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Legally authorized to work in the US
CPR and First Aid Certified
Pet friendly (dog)
The nanny should live within 30 minutes of the parents' house
Availability to work weekends as needed a plus
