Part-time Nanny needed for a sweet sibling duo in Chandler, AZ!

• Charge(s): F, 4 years old; M, 2 years old
• Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30AM-5:00PM
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 38
• Paid Time Off Benefits: Nanny will earn 38 hours of PTO every year. PTO may be used for any reason, including vacation, illness, medical appointments, family care, and personal business. This is in addition to 6 paid holidays that fall on the nanny’s normal Monday-Friday work day (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

• Starting Hourly Rate: $25-28/hour
• Projected start date: June 20, 2025
• Position Duration: Long term

Nanny Job Requirements:

• You would like your nanny to tidy up the house throughout the day. Making sure

things are put back as they were before she got there. Nanny should be ok with

unloading and reloading the dishwasher, a general resetting of the home at the end of the day, as long as the children’s needs are met first.

• Duties will pertain to the care and well-being of the children. Including, but not

limited to; light laundry, keeping play area and bedroom tidy and clean, etc.

• Your nanny should take the children for walks around the neighborhood; to the park

etc.

• Driving responsibilities will be considered. Your nanny must have a safe, reliable

vehicle, a clean driving record and be fully insured.

• Nanny may not post pictures of the children or the home on social media.

• Nanny should model healthy eating habits for the children.

• Screen time and general usage of electronics should be closely monitored and not

utilized while the children are present.

• Nanny should be able to keep the children on their daily schedule/routine.

• Updates throughout the day would be great. Sending pictures via text message

would be great, as well.

• Keeping a daily log of meals, naps, activities will be appreciated. You would love

to have a “nanny binder” as a go-to for this type of communication. Your “nanny

binder” should include: emergency contact information, daily activities chart,

receipts submitted pocket, nanny timecards, and other important information.

• Nanny should be comfortable having family members in and out of the home

during the day as both parents work from home offices.

• Nanny may not have visitors in the home.

• Nanny will be focused on ensuring the children reach developmental milestones,

researching and scheduling age appropriate activities, taking them for walks or to the park, etc.

• Occasional date nights and weekend hours may be needed, with advanced notice.

• Your nanny must pass a background screening.

• Your nanny should have a current CPR/ infant first aid certification or at least be

willing to renew it.

• Nanny must abide by a no smoking and no vaping policy at all times.
