This kind and active family is looking for a wonderful nanny in Beverly Hills, MI.

• Charge(s): F, 6 years old; M, 3 years old
• Hours: School Year Hours: Monday-Friday 11:30-4:30pm. Summer/Holiday Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30pm **Family will require some flexibility with the hours and the hours will be given in advance.
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 30
• Paid Time Off Benefits: Nanny will earn 30 hours of paid time off every 6 months; or, 60 hours per year. PTO may be used for any reason, including; vacation, illness, medical appointments, family care, and personal business. In addition to, 6 paid federal holidays which fall on the nanny’s normal Monday-Friday working day (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
• Driving Required: Yes
• Cross Streets: Beverly Rd & Southfield Rd (Beverly Hills, MI)
• Starting Hourly Rate:$28-30/hour on a W2
• Projected start date: As soon as possible
• Position Duration: At least 2 years

Nanny Job Requirements:

• Duties will pertain to the care of the children (mostly for M, 3 years old, at this time) and the upkeep of the home. The children’s needs should always come first. Daily tasks may include: unloading and reloading the dishwasher, helping with the children’s laundry, keeping things tidy, light housekeeping, child meal preparation, and general organization, etc.

• Nanny may take the children for walks around the neighborhood; to the park etc. Outings and socialization will be highly encouraged.

• Driving responsibilities will be needed. Nanny should have a safe, reliable vehicle, clean driving record and be fully insured.

• Nanny may not post pictures of the children or the home on social media.

• Screen time and general usage of electronics should be closely monitored and not utilized while the children are present.

• Nanny must be a confident swimmer, the children love to go swimming in the summer.

• Nanny should be able to keep the children on their daily schedule/routine.

• Updates throughout the day would be great. Sending pictures via group text message

would be great, as well.

• Keeping a daily log of meals, tasks completed, and activities will be appreciated. You

would love to have a “nanny binder” as a go-to for this type of communication. Your

“nanny binder” should include: emergency contact information, daily activities chart,

receipts submitted pocket, nanny timecards, and other important information.

• Nanny should be comfortable having family members in and out of the home during the day.

• Nanny may not have visitors in your home.

• Ideally, nanny would be willing to travel with the family, on occasion.

• Nanny will be focused on ensuring the children reach developmental milestones, by

planning engaging and fun activities.

• Nanny must pass a background screening.

• Nanny must provide 3 professional references.

• Nanny should have a current CPR/first aid certification or at least be willing to renew it

by their start date.

• Nanny must abide by a no smoking and no vaping policy at all times.
