JOB SUMMARY: The Dishwasher will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and all supplies in accordance with Health Department standards and departmental guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely use all kitchen equipment and cleaning and sanitizing products in accordance with all SDS Sheets and departmental standards.
- Must understand and adhere to safe and sanitary work habits; must understand and adhere to the safe handling, usage and storage of all chemicals used during the performance of duties.
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
- Clean, sanitize and maintain dish machines.
- Clean, transport and store all pots and pans, dining ware, silverware, and glassware used in the food and beverage operation.
- Proper storage of all pots and pans, dining ware, silverware, and glassware used in the food beverage operation.
- Empty trash containers regularly.
- Immediately report any machine or equipment malfunctions to kitchen or department leadership.
- Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Report any suggestions, observed supply needs, or product deficiencies to department management.
- To provide BIG Service to internal guests and ensure their complete satisfaction, inclusive of greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset.

- relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors.
- The ability and willingness to ensure that work activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or its equivalent preferred but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
- Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have had no active disciplinary action during the last six months.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
- Must be able to obtain required work cards, and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.
