Job Summary:
Greetings customers and welcomes them to The Nash Casino. Manages and controls flow of assigned games. Ensures integrity of games for both the players and The Nash Casino. Ensures gaming transactions involving dealing of cards, paying off winning bets and/or collecting losses, exchanging cash for chips are conducted according to game policies, procedures, and house rules, in a timely and accurate fashion. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. The Electronic Table Games Dealer possesses the ability to work in their assigned section of the gaming floor with diligence, and accuracy to exceed the guest experience. Utilizing the skills, tools, training, and resources provided by The Nash Casino. Is committed to our culture and actively supports all initiatives that connect BIG dreams to BIG fun.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provides Exceptional Customer Service
- Verifies the accuracy of the table bankrolls and inspects all decks of cards prior to use.
- Drive culture by consistently demonstrating leadership, a positive attitude, and BIG Service standards.
- Must be knowledgeable and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
- Promotes excellent customer relations by acknowledging, greeting, and conversing with customers who approach the pit area and/or are actively playing the games.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Consistently professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions.
- Provides an exceptional guest experience throughout the shift.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have no active disciplinary action during the last six months.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass all pre-screening and background checks.
- Must pass an ETG Dealer Audition.
