The National Bank of Malvern is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to join our team with a minimum of two years retail/deposit operations experience. Position Title: Retail Operations Specialist
Business Unit: Retail
Reports To: Senior Vice President Deposit Operations
Position Overview: The Retail Operations Specialist performs a variety of tasks in support of the daily processing and servicing of client deposit accounts. This position works closely with the SVP Retail Operations to implement, maintain, and execute internal policies and procedures ensuring accurate and efficient daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of financial institution requirements relative to electronic banking transactions (Regulation E, NACHA, STAR, and VISA) to implement and administer the related program. Responsible for all aspects of dispute processing from initiation, through investigation and tracking of final resolution.
· Complete Quality Control reviews of all new deposit accounts opened
· Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers
· Administer ACH Origination and Remote Deposit Capture services for commercial customers, including initial approval, setup, troubleshooting, item processing research/maintenance, and completion of annual reviews.
· Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems and inquiries escalated from within the department or bank wide. Provide explicit instruction and authorization for appropriate correction to customer account(s), as needed.
· Maintain ChexSystems Data Contribution reporting.
· Provide positional support to branch operations (teller/CSR/manager), as necessary, ensuring continual service to customers.
· Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
· Consistently promotes high levels of customer awareness and satisfaction.

Minimum Education: High School or GED
Minimum Years Experience: 2 years retail operations experience

Experience with the FIS Horizon operating system preferred but not required.
