- CA- RN license in good standing
- 2 years of current acute care / hospital experience
- BLS / ACLS
- 2- Current references
- Current – Physical (within-12 months)
- Current – PPD (within- 12 months)
- Titers- MMR / Varicella / Hep B
- Tdap and Flu vaccine – current
- Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
- Must be able to past a back ground screening
