This role involves delivering comprehensive, clinically effective psychiatric care to adults, adolescents, or children. As a Staff Psychiatrist, you will have medical/clinical authority and responsibility for admitting, patient care, and discharge of patients admitted to the unit.

- Delivering comprehensive, clinically effective psychiatric care to adults, adolescents, or children.
- Providing medical/clinical authority and responsibility for admitting, patient care, and discharge of patients admitted to the unit.
- Collaborating with the Medical Director to implement clinically sound, consumer-oriented services.
- Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and medical staff training and compliance that promote a positive work and treatment culture, measurable patient quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
