About This Role : Family Medicine Physician
Family Medicine Physician
Clinic Location : Mesa, AZ
Outpatient M-F Schedule - 8am - 5pm

The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community.

The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members.
Complies with all policies, procedures, protocols, and our Code of Conduct.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of and experience with managed healthcare systems including quality assurance, quality improvement, risk management, and population health and disease management programs.
Background Desired :
Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
Able to acquire Arizona State Medical License
Desire to work in the clinic / primary care setting
