We are looking for a Physician to join our growing medical team full time at our offices around South Jersey to include Egg Harbor, Vineland, and Hammonton. We are interested in a PM&R physician or Neurologist who will travel between our offices, perform EMG|NCS, and provide excellent patient care to a varied patient population but will have a considerable % of work comp, PI cases.

The incoming physician must be able to do NCS|EMGs and be willing to travel to our offices in Southern NJ.
Duties :
- Patient exam|evaluation to include medical history, relevant imaging|studies
- Direct patient care (Diagnoses, Treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditions
- Perform EMGs|NCS
- Referral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialties
- Regularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness|progress
- Patient education re; diagnosis, treatment plan options, and lifestyle modifications
- Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
- Accurate and timely documentation
