Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to inform treatment planning and delivery
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating with patients and families regarding treatment progress
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments
To be successful in this role, you will require: - A medical degree (MD) and relevant postgraduate training in psychiatry
- Experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with patients and families
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict confidentiality policies
