We are looking for a personable, natural minded, caring individual to join our team at The Natural Baby Company Retail Store, located in Bozeman, MT.

Job description

Sales Floor Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers when they walk through the door
• Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Ringing up sales
• Answering the phone and customer related questions
• Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one
• Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized

Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:

• Work with customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Unloads deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.

Inventory Receiving Qualifications/Skills:

• Unpacking/ sorting incoming and outgoing stock
• Receiving, stocking, and stacking
• Pulling and packing orders for shipping
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Able to work independently and within a team

Job Types: Part-time schedule (15-28 hours/week):

• Monday 9:30am-5pm
• Tuesday 9:30am- 5pm
• Wednesday 9:30am- 5pm
• Saturday 9:30am- 5pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
