The Natural Marketplace is seeking a Part Time Associate in our Organic Deli. The ideal candidate can commit to 10-17 hours a week with an immediate start.
The Organic Deli focuses on providing healthy, nutritious, organic and whole food items. If you are all about making food that not only tastes great but nourishes the body, than our deli is for you!

Essential Functions:
- Greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items as well as their ingredients and how dishes are prepared and able to explain to guests accurately
- Take customers’ orders, as well as phone orders
- Provide timely and polite service
- Weigh out deli items on deli scale
- Ensure kitchen and dining area is clean and organized
- Restock cutlery, napkins, etc
- Open/close duties
- Additional tasks as required by management
Requirements:
- Reliable and responsible
- Food Prep experience, creative and efficient
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and various diets
- Extremely organized and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- This position works 2 Saturdays a month.
