A high-profile, private family is seeking an experienced, intuitive, and professional rotational nanny to join their long-standing, tight-knit team. This is a discreet, long-term placement rooted in trust, flexibility, and shared values. The family lives an organic, nature-based lifestyle and is seeking someone who is not only skilled in caregiving, but deeply aligned with their intentional, low-toxin, and rhythm-centered approach to parenting.
This role is ideal for a caregiver who is grounded, calm, and conscientious in their language — someone who values quiet observation over overstimulation, and who understands the importance of cultivating a peaceful environment in which children can flourish naturally.
The Role:
3.5 days on / 3.5 days off rotation with another nanny
24-hour coverage during shifts, including overnights (private bedroom and bathroom provided)
Shared apartment with private bedroom and bathroom provided when off-duty
Domestic and international travel
Daily involvement in natural, child-led activities
Packing and organizing children’s items for travel
Supporting with morning routine and organic meal preparation
Attuned to the wellness of the children, especially regarding illness prevention
Requirements:
CPR and First Aid certified
Legally able to work in the United States
Minimum of 8 years of professional nanny experience
Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally
Comfortable with dogs
Discreet, professional demeanor with a strong sense of boundaries
Ability to work seamlessly alongside other household staff
Comfortable signing an NDA
Excellent driving skills are required
Fluency in additional languages is a PLUS but not required
Familiarity with or openness to Waldorf and RIE principles is a PLUS but not required
