This position is based in the New York City metro area and follows a hybrid work schedule with the expectation of up to 3 days in person work in the TNC New York Office per week.

What We Can Achieve Together

The Development Coordinator supports fundraisers in engaging individual and/or corporate and foundation donors. They will provide program information to prospects and donors, assist with writing development publications and proposals, and prepare donor research and briefing materials. The Coordinator maintains the available fundraising management system to produce donor reports, perform data analysis and research. They apply established processes and practices to improve effectiveness. The Coordinator may have substantial contact with staff, donors, legal and financial professionals. The Coordinator may be responsible for various activities, including drafting correspondence and acknowledgements, planning logistics of meetings, assisting with the planning of special events for prospects and donors, assisting donors with asset transfer, processing and recording gifts. They will provide other staff with information they need to make informed choices and solve problems. They will perform administrative functions as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people.

SALARY INFORMATION

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $47,500 - $69,000 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
