Key responsibilities include managing correspondence promptly and professionally, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the department is informed and well-supported. This role also involves assisting in the planning and implementation of NextGen events. We are looking for someone who is creative, flexible, well-organized, and an effective communicator—capable of working under pressure while meeting deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems is required. Additionally, the candidate should be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of taking initiative, while demonstrating strong people skills and a commitment to excellence.
