Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build strong, proactive relationships with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs effectively.
Sales Targets : Drive sales initiatives by effectively utilizing product knowledge and understanding client needs to achieve set sales targets.
Policy Management : Assist clients in policy selection, providing clear explanations and addressing any queries or concerns.
Account Servicing : Ensure overall client satisfaction by handling service requests, policy changes, and renewals efficiently.
Networking : Actively network within the community and with potential clients to promote the company's offerings and expand the client base.
Continuous Improvement : Engage in continuous education and training sessions to remain up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirement
Licensing : Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License is necessary.
Experience : Must possess prior experience in insurance sales and service, ideally within the local Cary market.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-first attitude.
Customer Service : A strong desire and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations, providing exemplary service.
