The Neal Agency is looking for a Tour Marketing & Ticketing Assistant to provide administrative support to the Tour Marketing department.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, detailed oriented, self-starter, proactive, and dependable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience/ knowledge in tour marketing or general touring preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and WordPress
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong task-management skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle complex projects with care and follow-through
- Social media savvy and experience with graphic design preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and 1 years of relevant administrative experience
- An understanding and overall enthusiasm for the music and entertainment industry is strongly encouraged
Responsibilities
- Manage phones, calendars, travel and expenses for respective agent
- Liaise professionally with staff, clients, and other industry executives
- Keep track of all tour announces and on-sales for company roster
- Check for radius restrictions for all proposed announce and on-sale dates from promoters
- Distribute weekly on-sale sheets to artist management
- Send weekly ticket counts for all active headlining touring clients
- Maintain artist/agency ticket allotments and work with management and promoters on releasing tickets for upcoming shows
- Manage company website and update on a regular basis
- Work alongside the Head of Tour Marketing with managing artist assets, brainstorming promotional ideas, and provide management with crucial tour marketing information
- Assist with tour marketing plans and ideation
- Build out tour history and ticket trends for clients
- Assist with general office duties alongside other assistants
- Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned
