Compensation:$100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes a thorough CMA
- Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
- Work alongside the Listing Manager to get your properties on the market
- Maintain consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell
- Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
- Effectively oversee negotiations for sellers
- Consult with clients to ensure 5-star service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
- Current Texas Real Estate License
- Must be local to the New Braunfels area
- Excellent understanding of the market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- 1 year of prior experience with listing properties
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Team player who believes their success is the organization’s success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
