Our small but highly capable software development team juggles numerous internal projects while managing essential day-to-day operations. We recognize the need to optimize their efforts through effective prioritization, structured project management, and clear road mapping. Without a dedicated leader organizing this complexity, our development capacity is limited, and potential is untapped.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, operational leads, and developers, to understand needs, set priorities, and create clear roadmaps.
- Implement and maintain agile project management best practices, enhancing our team's productivity, clarity, and velocity.
- Oversee the backlog, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and maintain clear documentation for all projects.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and communicate transparently across departments.
- Ensure our internal software aligns with broader company goals, supporting scalability and growth initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in software Product or Project Management, preferably within a high-growth startup or rapidly scaling environment.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous software projects with cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous environments.
- Strong technical acumen; comfortable speaking with developers, understanding technical limitations, trade-offs, and dependencies.
