This entry-level role serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience. Responsibilities include patient registration, appointment verification, visitor screening, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Face-to-face patient contact is a key component of this role, requiring strong interpersonal skills to ensure patients and visitors have a positive and supportive experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The role requires excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. To complete items related to patient registration and other assigned Revenue Cycle tasks in accordance to policy and procedure. Coverage for position is required days and evening hours, 7 days a week including holidays with needs in various areas throughout the organization. Face to face patient contact required.
