Duties
- Act as a personal assistant to the management team
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Fluency in Spanish (nice-to-have)
- Experience with Social Media a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in calendar management
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
