Job Overview:

As our Community Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring that every interaction is steeped in accountability and exceptional service. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our high standards of property upkeep, resident satisfaction, and financial excellence. This role demands outstanding leadership qualities, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to cultivate a culture of responsibility and legendary service throughout the management team.

Responsibilities:

1. Property Operations:

  • Direct all facets of property operations, encompassing leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Create and enforce operational policies that drive efficiency and effectiveness in property management.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections, identifying maintenance needs and safety compliance.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset longevity and reduce costs.

2. Tenant Relations:

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, promptly addressing inquiries and maintenance requests with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships through exceptional customer service and proactive issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement resident retention strategies to enhance satisfaction and reduce turnover.

3. Financial Management:

  • Develop and oversee property budgets, aligning financial operations with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor rent collection and lease renewals, proactively tackling delinquencies to boost revenue.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.

4. Accountability:

  • Set clear performance expectations for the property management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continual growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to provide constructive feedback and support team development.
  • Implement systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property operations and resident satisfaction.

5. Legendary Customer Service:

  • Lead by example, delivering exemplary service to residents and stakeholders.
  • Seek opportunities to elevate the resident experience and distinguish the property through outstanding service.
  • Encourage staff to exceed resident expectations and embrace a culture of proactive service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, demonstrating success in managing multifamily or commercial properties.
  • Strong leadership skills with the capability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, complemented by a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
  • A steadfast commitment to accountability, integrity, and delivering outstanding service.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
