Responsibilities
">- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as outlined in their Personalized Service Plan (PSP).
- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including helping with transfers, mobility assistance, and responding to security system alerts.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, medication administration, and other vital signs to the Wellness Director or designated staff member.
- Participate in service plan review meetings with families and attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Conduct regular room checks to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety, and take appropriate action to address any issues.
- Initiate and assign activities, assist with conducting laundry and common area checks, and use proper sanitary procedures and universal precautions.
