In addition to mixing and serving drinks, the Bartending Personality will be the life of the bar, ensuring our patrons have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Create a Lively Atmosphere: Use your personality and energy to keep the bar fun, engaging, and welcoming for all guests.
- Bartending Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks following recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Accurately process guest orders, payments, and tips.
- Engage with Guests:
- Build rapport with patrons to create a personalized experience.
- Suggest drink options and pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Host bar games, trivia nights, or themed events as needed.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the bar and waitstaff to provide seamless service.
- Assist with bar setup and closing duties.
- Compliance: Ensure all alcoholic beverages are served responsibly, following state and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior bartending experience is required. Experience in high-energy or entertainment-driven environments is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and confidence in improvising to entertain guests.
- Certifications: Must have or be willing to obtain required alcohol service certifications (e.g., TABC).
