In this role you’ll work to conceive and create care plans based on comprehensive resident assessments that are accomplished through resident and family interviews, physical assessments, observations, and input from the interdisciplinary team.
Wage: $72,000- $93,000 / annually DOE

About You
- Current NM Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing *tenured LPN would be considered
- (1) or more MDS experience or MDS Certification preferred
- Understanding of the MDS 3.0 and RAI rules and regulations
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and proficient computer skills are essential
- Must be an excellent team player
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university preferred. For LPN/LPNs, additional RN oversight will be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
- One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
