What you’ll be doing:

- Manage and optimize the CRM database, ensuring efficient marketing operations by streamlining documentation, forms, and processes while maintaining accurate applicant and depositor files.
- Assist with sales events, move-in/move-out coordination, and creating marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and Move-In Guides, while maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Engage with prospects by prequalifying leads, scheduling follow-ups, conducting introductory tours, and documenting activities and communications in CRM software.
- Produce sales reports, conduct quarterly market research, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to enhance sales strategies and ensure accurate, complete documentation throughout the process.
Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 / hr DOE
About You:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
- Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms.
