What You’ll Be Doing

- Build meaningful relationships through a discovery-driven sales process, actively listening to prospects’ needs, preferences, and concerns while tailoring sales approaches to their unique personalities and decision-making styles.
- Drive census growth by qualifying leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, recording detailed notes in CRM software, facilitating deposits, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and factors influencing prospective residents’ decisions, applying insights to enhance sales strategies and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team members and other departments, document and share valuable resident feedback, and participate in ongoing coaching and professional development to refine skills and contribute to process improvements
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or a related field, senior living is preffered.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
- Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms.
- Medical - employee premiums paid at 95% for HDHP and 90% for EPO, Dental, Vision available
