About the Role
As the Coordinator, Ford Learning Center, you will play a vital role in scheduling and managing workshops, studio classes, and educational programs that bring art to life for students, educators, and community groups. You will be the go-to person for coordinating logistics, ensuring smooth operations, and providing top-notch support to staff, teaching artists, and visitors.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule workshops, classes, and special activities in the Ford Learning Center.
- Communicate with teachers, museum staff, and the public to ensure smooth program Logistics.
- Support grant-funded programs that provide opportunities for Title I schools.
- Manage data and reporting in the museum’s CRM system to track program participation.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming experience for all.
What You Bring:
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or program coordination (2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills – you love juggling multiple tasks and keeping things on track.
- Excellent communication skills – you enjoy working with people and problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy mindset – experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.
- Passion for inclusion – you value diversity and strive to make programs accessible to all.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus!
Position Details:
Location: Kansas City, MO
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Hourly Pay: $19.56 - $22.01 (35-hour work week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends for events.
