- Executive & Trustee Engagement – Serve as the primary liaison with the Director/CEO, Executive Leadership, Board of Trustees,D and key committees. Facilitate critical conversations, align project goals, and minimize risks.
- Project Team Leadership – Oversee owners' representatives, consultants, contractors, and internal staff. Manage all project phases—from planning and design to operational launch.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Work closely with internal departments to align programmatic needs, operational goals, and business strategies with project objectives.
- Financial & Strategic Oversight – Maintain the project’s financial health, manage budgets, track timelines, and ensure the project delivers value and aligns with institutional priorities.
- Conflict Resolution & Problem-Solving – Align diverse interests, resolve challenges, and maintain a clear focus on project goals to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Previous executive project management experience with 10 years of managing complex construction, design, or institutional projects—preferably in cultural, nonprofit, or museum sectors.
- Proven expertise in budget and schedule management, risk mitigation, and high-stakes decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with experience engaging executive teams and Boards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management expertise with a deep understanding of design, construction processes, and operational transitions.
