We are a Columbus-based immigration law office. We are expanding our team and currently seeking to hire a Receptionist to work full-time. Proficiency in English and either Spanish or French is required.
Requirements :
At least 1 year of call center or office experience is preferred.
Fluency in English and either Spanish or French.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
Passion for helping immigrants.
Primary Job Duties :
Answer and track inbound telephone calls.
Greet callers, introduce the law firm, and determine the purpose of their call.
Understand and triage the calls accurately to ensure they are directed to the right attorney or staff member.
