We are small local business looking for hard working, fun and upbeat person to join our team as one of our Client Service Specialists. We are a healthcare facility that specializes in outpatient lactation & various perinatal health services.
As the Client Service Specialist you're the first face that our clients and customers see when they walk into our doors. It is important to us that this person is friendly, professional and approachable.
You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in our front office and boutique. Your responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments
- Identify individual needs of clients and provide/suggest appropriate solutions.
- Liaise between clients and appropriate personnel.
- Generate more business development opportunities.
- Assist team and other staff to process customers’ needs.
- Manage and update client files with complete information.
- Manage providers schedules.
- Collect payment for products and services rendered.
- Correspond with clients to resolve their problems in a timely manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support and build business.
- Ensure compliance to all company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated with company products, services, and promotions so as to address client queries accurately.
- Represent company brand in client meetings, discussions, conferences and events.
- Recommend workflow improvements to ensure client satisfaction.
- Complete daily tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner in accordance with The Nest and Company standards and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings.
- Maintain client confidentiality as necessary by abiding by HIPAA.
Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with POS systems and/or scheduling systems a plus
- Medical office experience a plus
- Computer Savvy
- Ability to work on Mac/Apple Products
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service or front office/reception
- Ability to work a variable schedule from Monday - Friday, some evenings, and some Saturdays
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic skills with computers, knowledgeable with word, excel and customer relations management systems
- Ability to analyze and meet goals and deadlines on a quarterly basis
