Summary
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations at The Nest Golf Club. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and culinary excellence, contributing significantly to the overall member experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal offerings and member preferences.
- Oversee banquet operations, including planning and execution of events.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Train and supervise staff in food preparation, service techniques, and customer interaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality control of food presentation and taste.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with members and team members alike.
