Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our team at The Nest Golf Club. In this role, you will support our dining staff by ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that our club is known for.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Help set up and break down dining areas for events and special occasions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs.
• Support the kitchen staff by ensuring timely communication of orders and requests.
• Assist in the training of new staff members as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.62 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
