We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at The Nest Golf Club. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our members and guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food or beverages.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide exceptional guest services to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
