Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dermatology PA/NP to work collaboratively with our board-certified dermatologists in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your clinical skills and knowledge will directly impact patients' health and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong dermatology background, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed patient assessments and take medical histories.
• Diagnose and treat common dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin infections.
• Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.
• Educate patients on skin health, preventative care, and treatment options.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including skin biopsies, laboratory tests, and imaging studies.
• Provide follow-up care and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the dermatology team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Stay up to date with the latest dermatology treatments, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state license.
• Dermatology experience is highly preferred; however, we are open to candidates with a strong medical background who are eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of patients while maintaining a high level of care.
