Job Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to support our providers and patients by providing information, services, and assistance to the best of your ability while adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate recruiting, communication with candidates, and schedule interviews and orientations
- Conduct initial orientation with newly hired employees
- Enroll newly hired employees in benefits
- Conduct offboarding of former employees
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support for Human Resources / Chief Administrative Officer
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Field employee requests regarding policies, benefits, and processes
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures at the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Education / Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources / administrative position
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Familiarity with really recruiting software and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
Details:
- Salary range: $18.00-$20.00, based on education and experience.
- Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 36-40 hours weekly
- Location: On-site, in person.
