Job Description
Customer Service Representative
The New England Team is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Natick, MA. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to answer general inquiries, resolves issues, and handle customer complaints. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image both in our office and in our clients’ atmospheres and uphold a can-do attitude at all times. This position does include educating the consumer on products and services that we represent with the intention of gaining a sales. This interaction is done face to face versus over the phone in order for us to provide a higher level of customer service.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent face to face customer service inside of a retail location
- Report any new customer acquisitions or account changes to management
- Postively and professional represent our clients and their products and services
- Assist the consumer in making an educated purchase on the products and services we represent
- Resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service, marketing or sales environment, willing to make acceptations for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills
- A student mentality
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
