This role is critical in supporting the President of our company by ensuring their schedule, tasks, and priorities are handled seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Proactively manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure all commitments are well-coordinated and prioritized.
- Event Preparation: Anticipate needs for upcoming events, such as booking flights, reserving hotels, and preparing itineraries. Coordinate materials or information needed in advance.
- Research and Organization: Conduct research to prepare the President for podcasts, meetings, and speaking engagements. Provide concise summaries and materials to ensure readiness.
- Office Organization: Maintain a tidy, functional workspace for the President. Organize physical and digital files to ensure efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, correspondence, and task tracking.
- Anticipation of Needs: Consistently look ahead to identify and address what the President may need before being asked, fostering a smooth workflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment and effective communication.
