The New Homestead is a 58 bed skilled nursing facility in Guthrie County. Our mission is enriching lives through kind, compassionate care. We provide short term and long term care to residents in a homelike setting. At The New Homestead we take pride in the care that we provide, making personal connections with residents and their families.   • Build relationship with residents and families
  • Assist the residents with activities of daily living
  • Work with rehabilitation staff to help residents achieve maximum independence
  • Complete basic homemaking tasks for residents

We are currently looking for full time and part time CNA for all shifts, these include-

  • 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
  • 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
  • 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM

    • C.N.A. Sign-On Bonus (SNF)

    Effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, a C.N.A. Sign-On Bonus will be offered to a C.N.A. who begins employment at the nursing facility listed below.

    To be eligible for the Sign-On Bonus and any payments laid out below, the following guidelines must be followed :

  • The C.N.A. must work a minimum of 30 hours per week as a full-time employee or 15 hours per week for a part- time employee (not averaged during the period of the Sign-On Bonus payment laid out below).
  • The C.N.A. must be employed and in good standing (no counseling or disciplinary action taken) from the date of hire through the date of each payment to be paid this bonus.
  • The Sign-On Bonus will be included on the employee’s regular paycheck with the required taxes being withheld.

    • Employees who have left employment, regardless of position, and are rehired within six (6) months of this

    agreement are not eligible for this bonus.

    If the C.N.A. meets all the criteria listed above, the Sign-On Bonus will be paid out as follows :

    Full-Time C.N.A. employees :

  • 500.00 paid after 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, and 150 days.
  • 2,500.00 paid after 12 months

    • Part-Time C.N.A. employees :

    The facility reserves the right to discontinue this policy at any time. This bonus structure supersedes all other Sign-On Bonuses that may be in place prior to December 31, 2024.

  • 500.00 paid after 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, and 150 days.
  • 2,500.00 paid after 12 months
