About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Infrastructure to lead and optimize the infrastructure operations for our organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and data centers. You’ll drive initiatives to enhance scalability, security, and performance, while ensuring reliable and efficient operations across the organization. What You’ll Do:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the infrastructure team, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall technology strategy.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and storage systems.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure that infrastructure systems are scalable, high-performing, and able to support the growth of the business.
- Security & Compliance: Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure meets industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) while maintaining a secure environment.
- Cost Management: Manage infrastructure budgets, optimize costs, and evaluate new technologies to improve cost efficiency and overall performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with development, security, and operations teams to ensure infrastructure is aligned with application needs and company objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance infrastructure processes, technologies, and practices to ensure they support the evolving needs of the business.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Oversee disaster recovery planning, ensuring business continuity and the protection of critical systems and data.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10 years in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure environments, including cloud platforms, servers, and networking.
- Skills: Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, storage), IT security best practices, and disaster recovery planning. Leadership and team management skills are a must.
- Certifications: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications, along with other relevant infrastructure certifications, are preferred.

Salary : $160,000 - $220,000
