PURPOSE OF POSITION :
This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and tracking all raw material at JAX 2.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Identify parts based on mechanical drawing.
- Interpret mechanical drawings.
- Pull up drawings in Worknet / AmadaViewer
- Use and navigate INFOR.
- Receive and store raw metal, copper, wire.
- Perform monthly cycle count of all raw material and send to accounting.
- Regular cycle counts of all warehouse inventory.
- Create and maintain usage logs for raw material.
- Coordinate the disposal of scrap.
- Set up raw material for loading on the lasers.
- Maintain inventory of raw material.
- Interpret packing slips and enter into computer system.
- Perform daily inspection of Fork Lift.
- Adhere to established safety guidelines.
- Provide support to Production as needed.
- Perform other duties which may be required by supervisor.

Activities : Sitting – 25% Walking / Standing – 75%
Lifting : Continuously lift up to 50 lbs.
Bending : Must be able to bend, squat, and climb.
Vision : Long periods of close work on the computer screen and ability to see small or detailed items.
Mental Demands : Interpret, analyze, research and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Environment : Climate controlled office and Shop / warehouse, which is not climate controlled. Exposure to excessive heat and cold, wet / humid conditions, noise / vibration, hazards, dust and fumes.
