We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Intern to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams in strengthening our employer brand, enhancing internal communications, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
💡 What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Communications Intern, you’ll play a key role in refining and promoting our employer brand while ensuring clear and engaging internal messaging. You’ll collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to create compelling materials that showcase our company culture, improve communication, and attract top talent.
📢 Employer Branding & Logo Updates – Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials, update logos on HR documents (such as offer letters), and help refine our visual identity.
📝 Content Creation – Develop and edit blog posts, internal newsletters, internal templates, email campaigns, social media content, and HR communication materials to highlight company culture and initiatives.
📱 Social Media & Careers Page Management – Assist in curating employer branding content for platforms like LinkedIn and the company website to engage potential candidates and employees.
📊 Internal Communications Strategy – Work with HR to develop communication plans that keep employees informed and engaged with company updates, policies, and initiatives.
🎯 Recruitment Marketing Support – Create engaging materials for job postings, career fairs, and employee testimonials to showcase our workplace and attract top talent.
🎨 Design & Branding Assistance – Ensure internal communications align with branding guidelines by supporting design updates for presentations, HR documents, and marketing materials.
🎟 Employee Engagement & Events – Assist in planning and promoting internal events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
