The Food and Nutrition Department in Sarah Neuman Nursing Home of The New Jewish Home is searching for a full time Dietary Technician to join our team. This position is needed for our Mamaroneck location.
The Dietary technician will be responsible for the delivery of the following functions:
- Complete Nutrition Assessments, MDS and Care Plans as scheduled.
- Review monthly and weekly weights, document on weight changes.
- Maintain documentation of weights for each unit
- Attend and participate in resident care plan meeting
- Coordinate individualized menus in accordance with resident's diet order.
- Conduct meal Rounds
