Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Help with food preparation as needed, ensuring timely service during busy periods.
- Buss tables and clear away empty glasses or dishes to keep the bar area tidy.
- Support banquet services by assisting with catering setups and breakdowns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
Skills
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel or banquet setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
